What Gadget Seller's Policy

Sellers shipping policy:

Please make sure that the item is ready to ship within 5 days of receipt of order.

Please provide tracking code upon shipment.

All shipping must be free for all customers. If you have any issues with this please contact us at WhatGadget@XT4.co.uk

Returns and exchange policy:

We accept returns and exchanges on the following basis: you make contact with us within 30 days to ensure that the refund with the customer is within the 30 days date.

Signing up process:

We have a strict signing up process in place for signing up to the What Gadget Store as a seller. Each seller (after being invited or discovering us through the 'become a seller' page) requests a sign up on the login portal login.whatgadgetseller.net, and enters their basic information. The What Gadget Store Admins then carry out security checks and/or contact the recently requested seller to ensure all sellers meet our selling standards. Once accepted to sell on What Gadget, the requested seller will receive an email to tell them that they have been accepted so they now have access to login, accept the membership and start uploading products.

Membership:

Membership is free for the first 30 days of listing products on the What Gadget Store, from then on it is £25 per month. Your membership charge will automatically charged 30 days after the end of your trial period.

Seller Payment:

To be able to receive payment from your orders, you need to make sure that your Account > Payment details have been added. This is either your bank account or PayPal account details.

Payment for the products sold (after deducting the seller and transaction fees) will be paid on the last day of the month.

Seller Help:

What Gadget Store hereby states that the What Gadget Store Admin can have access to log into a seller's account on their behalf, to assist them with setting up initially. We will not change any orders, affect any payments or details, only if you, as a seller, requests help from us (What Gadget Store) If you do not agree with this or have any questions, please contact WhatGadget@XT4.co.uk via email. We want to offer the quickest way of helping our sellers get up and running. Other services to help include a phone call, video call - all accessible via emailing us.

Once you have signed up and received access by the store Admin, you must complete the information tasks stated in yellow at the top of your screen (after logging in to login.whatgadgetseller.net).
